Implementation

  • Cubes Solutions implementation planning begins even before the prospect becomes a client. Where the sales and presales consultants acquire a level of certainty that the proposed solution can be implemented to achieve the desired results. The early involvement of an implementation manager guarantees a smooth transition from sales into implementation can be expected.

  • Cubes Solutions Implementation Methodology is mainly based on Micrososft Sure Step Methodology in addition to years of experience implementing business solutions in different industries at various customers` business activity. It is build to meet the customer requirements, timetables, and resources and defined a clear roadmap to a successful implementation and with clear deliverables.

The basic components consist of a hierarchical approach to work that must be completed during the implementation process

• Project Managementt

  • The Project Management phase, which is the transition from the sales cycle to the project implementation. The Project Management phase consists of high-level planning and analysis of the customer’s business processes and the current infrastructure. The goal of the Project Management phase is to define project charter and, implementation plan for the remaining phases of the implementation project.

• Business Process Analysis

  • The purpose for a detailed analysis of business processes is to determine the AS-IS processes, interfaces required for buisness procedures followed by documenting the functional requirements in order to develop the functional requirement document.

• Solution Design

  • Develop a high-level design specifications that present the overall system design along with technical design specifications for the proposed design. These design specifications will provide the roadmap for the application deployment and the proposed solution mapping including business process modifications, user interface, system integration methods and the modification required for each data entry.

• Deployment & Data Migration

  • The goal of the development activity is to develop the features specified in the technical design documents performing the following tasks:

• Configure the User Interface

• Performing data migration development.

• Develop the reporting requirement

• Validate the security requirement

• Conference Room Pilot

  • Based on Solution Design Activity, configure a test company applying sample of relevant real transactions to be applied on the proposed solution. Analyze results to determine fit and likely modifications. This pilot is often used as a key tool to obtain user acceptance of the new system.

• Training

  • The purpose of the training is to prepare and deliver technical and functional knowledge to the customer’s key users who will participate in the detailed business process analysis and requirements definition activities.

• Customer Testing & Acceptance

  • Perform the customer testing and acceptance to determine whether the developed feature, data migration, or integration program provides the functionality specified in the Functional Requirements document and validate that the system meets functionality requirements and supports daily business activities.

• Go Live

  • Perform the final tasks required to implement the Microsoft Dynamics solution in the customer’s production environment.
